Our company was established in 1997. The factory covers 6500 square meters and is operated by 196 employees. During the 8 years from 1997 to 2005, the founder, Mr. Feng established GIM Technology in America, providing services for many high-tech enterprises in America and accumulating significant experience in machining. In 2005, in order to create more value and save costs, we moved to Dongguan, Guangdong. Mr. Feng established Asia America in Wangniudun Town, Dongguan City.
The material which can be processed by our machining equipment includes aluminum alloy, copper alloy, special alloy, stainless steel, engineering plastics etc. Among them, aluminum alloy can be divided into 2024, 5052, 6061, 6063, 6052, 7075. The copper alloy can be divided into brass, bronze, BeCu, pure copper. The special alloys can be divided into TA2, TC4, stainless steel sus303, sus304, sus316, sus420, sus440c, sus630. The engineering plastics can be divided into PP, PVC, PEEK, PI, POM, and TEFLON. According to different raw materials, Asia America adopts different acceptance standards which requires material certification from the suppliers. The raw material of our company is marked with different colors and stored separately according to its type. When selecting raw materials, we will conduct testing according to the requirements provided by the customer. The testing results will be relayed to the customer.
The machining workshop has several 4 axis CNC turning lathe, 4 axis CNC machining centers, 5 axis CNC machining center, automatic grinding machine, wire cutting machines that satisfies the requirements of different customers. Asia America adopts an ERP system to trace the production process in real time on site. It can guarantee the realtime capability of the data of workpeice production and the traceability of the parts.
Burrs build up on the finished parts and will be deburr each peice mannually prior to surface treatment. We also used vibration grinding and sandblasting polishing treatment, if required. After deburring and surface cleaning or polishing the parts will be delivered to our affiliated suppliers who passed for environment safety stardards and credentials to carry out anodization & oxidization, electroplating process or spray coating treatments as required. After the surface and initial inspections, the parts will undergo final inspection at Asia America quality control facility to ensure that the parts meet up tp the standards and requirements on the drawings provided by the customers.Deburring Process
Our company has a coordinate measuring machine, automatic imager, imager, automatic electronic altitude meter, Rockwell hardness tester, Leeb hardness tester, surface Rockwell hardness tester, surface roughometer, film thickness tester and more necessary equipment sets so that the highest standard quality of the parts before delivery can be effectively guaranteed.
Japan Mitutoyo can test the size of the workpiece rapidly and completely. It can carry out batch testing according to build engineering testing procedure with CAD. It can also conduct simulation testing before executing the program. The testing accuracy can be up to 3+2L/1000μm.
To prevent shipping damage, the package of parts will be specially designed as required by QC. The parts can also be packaged according to customer requirements.
